Brookedale Farms is an "agritainment" business. Our greenhouses open in April, and in the fall we have a popular corn maze (typically open September and October). We are located 2 miles out of Ft. Ashby, West Virginia, on Rt. 46W. Turn onto George Run Rd, cross one lane bridge, bear right at Y, & greenhouses and maze are on the right immediately after Y.
We have a playground and picnic tables, too. Fun family or group outing!

Burlington United Methodist Family Services, Inc. will be celebrating 100 years in October. The agency started out as the Star of Hope Child Refuge in 1913 with one building and three children. There was concern for the homeless children in the area, which moved two men -Dr. F.L. Baker and Mr. F.C. Rollman- to open the children's home in an old farm house on a small tract of land.
